Kenny Jackett has called on the rest of the team to start chipping in with goals as he knows we can’t just rely on Darius Henderson.

Speaking to NewsShopper after seeing Henderson bag his fourth goal in three games, Jackett said it was imperative that other players chipped in more often to give us the best chance of winning games.

‘He has been scoring goals, that’s half a dozen now so it is a good return. There were some big chances for Wood as well, unfortunately they didn’t go in but he’ll score. We just can’t rely on Darius, we must be working hard where Keogh, Wood, Henry and Trotter come into it. Also on top of that we have to have enough from the back from set pieces.’

Some will say it doesn’t matter where the goals come from, but a more even spread around the team makes sense, especially for those days when Hendo isn’t on the pitch or just has a bad day at the office.
