Zoumana Bakayogo has been called into the Ivory Coast’s squad for their forthcoming Olympic Games Qualifier.

The defender spent the last three months of the season on loan at Brighton & Hove Albion after failing to break into the first eleven under Willie Donachie. Bakayogo is set to take part in the match against Zambia next Sunday.

The game could be an oppertunity for the youngster to get some much needed experience ahead of next season. But he will certainly need to improve if he wants to beat Tony Craig to the left-back birth. The young left-back is expected to return to The Den on 6th June.
