Kenny Jackett has talked of his delight at the players bringing the crowd into the game today, as he believes the support helped roar us onto victory.

Speaking to NewsShopper after our 2-1 win over Bolton today, Jackett was quick to praise the fans.

‘I thought all of our front players had good opportunities and good chances but the highlight for me today was the relationship between the players and the crowd was there. We really did bring the crowd into play through our good play ourselves. We need to continue to do that and it’s the key to a good home record.’

Jackett also said the turning point for the crowd was the missed penalty, as that seemed to really give everybody some belief that we would take something from the game.

‘I thought it was maybe a little bit of a turning point. It got our crowd going and the players responded.’
